How do I know if the HOMTOM S( will work in Mexico? I bought one and when I installed the TelCel chip it could only receive 1 phone call or make 1 phone call. After that I would have to reboot it. TelCel said it was probably that the phone was not compatible with their network. But I suspect that the tech did not know. When I asked if they could test another chip, they said that they had no test chips and I would have to buy them to see if they worked. How can I find out what the issue is and if it can be resolved with a different chip? Thanks in advance
